Turn Your Goals Into Project
I have a proposition.
Think of your goals, whether long-term or short-term, as “Projects.”
A project has a beginning and an end. And it is what we want with our goals, right? We want to start it and we want to finish it on a set time and date.
When you want to start a Bakery, instead of telling yourself “I want to start a Bakery”, rephrase it into “I am working on a Bakery Project.” See the difference? The thinking turns into acting.
By simply redefining our goals into projects makes the task more actionable and manageable.
Having said that, let me ask you something?
What project are you doing right now or planning to do? To help you out, you may start by filling in the blanks on the sentence below,
“I am working on the (your goal here) project.“
