An NFL Football player has the strength and the power to tackle down opponents. But put him in a cycling endurance race and his physical physique will be a disadvantage. In the same way, the cyclist’s lightweight and leanness will help him win the race. But put him in a football game and he will be crush to the ground.
What am I trying to pinpoint here?
If you have done your best and still not achieve the results that you want, consider changing your playing field. Often, we belittle ourselves for not performing well. When in reality, you are in the wrong field, playing the rules that are not aligned with your strengths.
An assumed strength can be a weakness if not use for its intention. An assumed weakness can be a strength if used in an area it is intended for.
We are wired differently.
