Maybe, There’s Something Wrong With Me

There's nothing wrong with following or being a part of other people's BIG Dream. It's exciting. It's motivational, inspirational whatever you want to call that. Some people succeed. Some won't. For those who don't, they blame themselves.

They create a victim mentality.

"Maybe I don't deserved this."

They fall into comparison vortex.

"How come they can do that? And I can't?"

And they self-sabotage.

"Maybe, there's something wrong with me?"

Asking yourself what went wrong is not a bad thing at all. It is a reflection of the past.

But when finding fault leads to self-critism, it's time to slow down and take reconsiderations.

Yoy believe in the vision of the company or any organization you are in. But you forget you have your own reasons in the first place. You have plans and dreams to follow before you join the company. A timeline you need to keep track on. If you fail in following company vision, don't blame yourself.

We all live in different stages. The one that you follow is different stage right now. And you are in a different stage. The gap is not because you are not good enough. It is because you are in a Different Stage. Not low, not high. Just Different.
